Returns

You have 30 days from the day you receive the product to return it.

If you wish to return an item, please send the package to the following address:

Please note that you bear the cost of the return shipment.

Packages sent cash on delivery or without direct delivery are not accepted. If a return package is sent to a parcel shop or post office, it will not be picked up by us and will be returned to you within 30 days. You can then resend it directly to our address. As the 30-day return window will have been exceeded, please contact us before sending it again.

How to return

Note: If you wish to return multiple packages, please create a separate return case for each package with the products included.

You can also return your products via a carrier of your choice. In that case, follow the steps below:

Fill in the return form and include it with your delivery note or invoice and the items to be returned.

  1. Print our return form.
  2. Fill in customer name, order number, email address, and order date.
  3. Fill in the product information for each returned item. Use the comment field if you want to provide further detail.
  4. Pack the items in the original packaging. Make sure the contents are well secured to avoid damage during transport.
  5. Include the delivery note and the completed return form.
  6. Attach a return label. Pedestal does not cover return shipping, so the label is at your expense. Make sure your return label covers any existing labels on the packaging.
  7. Send the items to:

  8. Drop the package off at a parcel shop.
  9. Once we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation by email. The refund will be processed within 14 days via the same payment method used at purchase.

Return packaging

Products must be returned in their original packaging. Missing original packaging results in a reduction in value.

Make sure the item is properly protected for transport.

Note the following:

  • Use the supplied packaging as it was on receipt, with the item securely fixed.
  • No loose items in the box, as this can cause scratches or damage to the product.

You bear the risk for the package until we have received it.

We recommend keeping the postal receipt and tracking number in case of transport damage.

Condition of the item upon return

You are liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

If the product is damaged in such a way that it can only be partially resold, 50% of the purchase value will be refunded. If the product can no longer be sold, no refund will be issued.

Refund

If you return the entire order, we will refund the purchase price including the original delivery costs at the rate of our cheapest standard delivery. If you chose a more expensive delivery method, only the amount corresponding to standard delivery will be refunded.

In the case of a partial return, delivery costs will not be refunded.

The cost of return shipping is at your own expense.

Any reduction in value for which you are liable will be deducted from the refund. If the product can only be partially resold, 50% of the purchase value will be refunded. If the product can no longer be sold, no refund will be issued.

The refund will be issued after we have received the item, via the same payment method used at purchase. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned items, unless you can provide proof of shipment.

Pre-order

It is possible to pre-order selected items on our website. Whether an item is a pre-order is indicated on the product page.

For pre-orders, the amount is not charged until shipment. We only reserve it on your payment method. Once the item has shipped, you will receive a notification.

Note: If you order a pre-order item together with in-stock items, we will ship the entire order together once all items are available.
